Website Build (when applicable)
• Custom website structured for SEO, conversions, mobile usability, and long-term scalability.
• One primary website per brand/location unless otherwise agreed based on scope.
• A new website may be included with Standard, Silver, or Premium when required for SEO success and based on project scope.
• SEO service itself may be canceled at any time. There is no minimum SEO commitment created by the website ownership terms below.
• When The NY Blog District builds a new website as part of an SEO campaign at no additional upfront website-build cost, an included website ownership term applies: 6 months on Standard, 4 months on Silver, and 3 months on Premium.
• If SEO is canceled before the applicable website ownership term is completed, the client's previous website or setup may be restored. The new website built by The NY Blog District does not transfer to the client unless the remaining value of the website build is paid.
• If the client chooses to pay the remaining value of the website build after canceling SEO early, the completed website may remain with the client subject to the applicable project and intellectual property terms.
• Once the applicable website ownership term has been completed, the new website is considered fully covered through the campaign and remains available for the client's continued business use even if SEO is later canceled.
• The website ownership term applies only when a new website is provided as part of the SEO campaign without a separate upfront website-build charge. It does not apply when the client separately purchases and pays for a website build outside of the SEO campaign.
• Ownership and usage rights remain subject to The NY Blog District's Terms of Use, Copyright Notice, applicable scope of work, and any separate written agreement. Reusable code, frameworks, templates, backend systems, technical architecture, and other pre-existing developer materials remain protected.
